These terms govern your use of the Executive Newsletters Bureau website and guides, and our relationship when you request or subscribe to a service. We have written them in plain language; if anything still needs explaining, write to us.
1. Who we are, and when these terms apply
- The Bureau: Executive Newsletters Bureau, a trademark of Mini Series Company, Al Rayyan District, Riyadh · Commercial Registration: [ ] · VAT number: [ ].
- You: anyone who visits the website, requests a service or subscribes to one, whether an individual or an organization.
- When they apply: to the website as soon as you use it, and to services as soon as an order is confirmed in writing or the first invoice is paid.
- Related documents: the Privacy Policy and the Subscription and Cancellation Policy form part of these terms. If they conflict, a signed written contract prevails, then the Subscription and Cancellation Policy, then these terms.
2. The website and its content
- Purpose: the articles, guides and examples on the website are general knowledge to improve writing and professional presence, not advice tailored to your situation.
- Illustrative examples: any text labelled “Illustrative example” is written to explain, and does not represent a specific organization or person.
- Figures and sources: we give the source and date of every figure. Figures may change after publication, so check the source before relying on them.
- External links: we sometimes link to other websites, and are not responsible for their content or policies.
- Acceptable use: you may not use the website unlawfully, try to access its protected areas, scrape its content automatically, or send spam through its forms.
3. Guides and the library
- Access: the tone of voice guide is open to everyone until 31 December 2026, then to subscribers to any of the Bureau’s services. Each guide in the library shows its type of access.
- Licence: we grant you the right to use the guides and their tools in your own work or within your organization. You may not sell them, republish them in full or in substantial part, or present them as your own.
- Quoting: short quotations are allowed with the source credited: “Executive Newsletters Bureau”.
- What you enter in the guide’s tools: is saved in your browser only, and never reaches us.
4. Services and scope
- Scope: the scope of each subscription is set by the chosen package and add-ons, as shown on the Subscribe page or in the written quote. Anything outside it is priced separately after your approval.
- Trial post: free, and one per organization. Once delivered, you may use it as you wish.
- LinkedIn presence review: a paid service delivered as a written report within 5 working days of payment. Its price is deducted from your first subscription invoice if you subscribe within 30 days of delivery.
- Timings: we keep to agreed delivery dates as long as the material and answers we need from you arrive on time. Delays on your side move delivery by the same amount.
5. Reviewing drafts and approving content
- No publishing without approval: nothing is published in your name before your explicit approval.
- Review period: the Bureau lets the client review the drafts provided within the agreed scope of service, and the client sends consolidated comments within three working days of receiving a draft, unless both parties agree a different period.
- Late review: if the Bureau has not received the client’s comments within the set period, it sends a written reminder and explains the effect of the delay on the production schedule. The Bureau may reschedule the work or move it to a later production cycle, depending on available capacity.
- No reply is not approval: not replying is not final approval to publish, and the Bureau does not publish content on the client’s behalf without any explicit approval the agreement requires or the nature of the publication calls for.
- The Bureau’s obligations stand: a delay in the client’s review does not cancel the Bureau’s obligations to provide the agreed services, taking into account the effect of the delay on deadlines that depend on the client’s cooperation.
- Publishing on your behalf: if you ask us to publish, it is under a written authorization naming the accounts and permissions, which ends as soon as the service ends.
6. Information provided and content approval
- The client is responsible for the accuracy of the information, data and documents it provides to the Bureau, for its authority to make them available for use, and for obtaining any necessary consents where required.
- The Bureau carries out the service within the agreed scope of work, and takes appropriate professional care in preparing and reviewing content. It informs the client when material information needs verifying or when an apparent conflict may affect the soundness of the content. We verify every number before it appears in your name, and cite the source and its date.
- The client reviews and approves content before publication where the agreement requires it, and approval is recorded by email, through the platform or by any agreed written means.
- The client’s approval does not release the Bureau from responsibility for errors within the scope of its professional obligations, nor does it automatically make the Bureau responsible for the accuracy of facts or claims provided by the client that the Bureau was not required to verify.
- Everything the Bureau writes for the client is original, not copied.
7. Intellectual property and content usage rights
- Intellectual property and usage rights in content produced under the subscription are set out in the commercial offer or the contract with the client.
- Unless otherwise agreed in writing, once the amounts due for the content are paid, the Bureau grants the client the right to use the approved final versions for the agreed professional and commercial purposes.
- The Bureau keeps its rights in the tools, methods, templates, processes and professional know-how it held before or develops in general while providing the service, to the extent these contain no confidential information or materials belonging to the client.
- Intellectual property rights in materials, images, fonts, software or other elements licensed from third parties do not automatically pass to the client; their use is subject to the relevant licence terms.
- Neither party may use the other’s trademarks, logos or confidential materials outside the performance of the contract, except with its consent or on a legal basis that permits it. We never mention your name or show our work for you anywhere without written permission.
8. Confidentiality
- Each party keeps confidential the non-public information it receives from the other in performing the contract, and uses it only as needed to carry out the agreed obligations. The Bureau never reveals that it writes for the client without the client’s permission, and signs an NDA on request.
- Confidential information may be disclosed only to employees, contractors or service providers whose work requires it, and only as necessary, provided they are bound by appropriate confidentiality and information-protection obligations.
- Confidential information does not include information that has become public without a breach of this obligation, that the receiving party lawfully held before receiving it, or that must be disclosed under a regulatory obligation or an order from a competent authority.
- When the contract ends, each party stops using the other’s confidential information outside the purposes the law or the agreement allows, and returns or destroys it on request where possible and legally permitted, subject to regulatory retention requirements.
9. Service providers and supporting parties
- The Bureau may use technical, operational or professional service providers to help provide the services, within what operational and contractual needs require.
- Where this involves processing personal data on the Bureau’s behalf, the Bureau takes the necessary contractual and organizational measures to define the parties’ roles and obligations, protect the data, and limit its use to authorized purposes, under the applicable regulatory requirements.
- Using service providers does not release the Bureau from its obligations under the contract or the applicable laws.
10. Prices and payment
- All advertised prices are in Saudi riyals and include 15% VAT.
- Commitment terms, discounts, invoices and payment dates, changes, pauses, cancellation and refunds are all governed by the Subscription and Cancellation Policy.
- Every payment is issued with an electronic tax invoice.
11. Legal review of content
- The Bureau is not a law firm, and does not give legal advice itself.
- The “Legal review of content” add-on is provided through the Bureau’s accredited legal partners. The legal opinion is issued by the licensed partner, under the partner’s professional responsibility.
- What the website and guides say about regulations is general guidance, not a legal opinion on your situation.
12. LinkedIn and other platforms
- Your use of LinkedIn, WhatsApp and other platforms is governed by their terms. You own your accounts and are responsible for them.
- We do not control platform algorithms, and do not guarantee a specific number of views, followers or interactions. What we commit to is the quality and regularity of content set out in your package.
- If a platform changes its features or rules, we adapt the work with you, and this is not a breach by either party.
13. Limits of liability
- Each party is liable for breaching its contractual obligations under the contract and the applicable laws.
- To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable to the other for indirect or consequential losses that are not a direct and foreseeable result of the breach, taking into account the nature of the claim and the applicable legal provisions.
- To the extent the law allows, the Bureau’s total liability arising from or connected with the contract does not exceed the total fees the client actually paid the Bureau in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
- No exclusion or limit of liability applies where the applicable laws do not allow liability to be excluded or limited, and the validity and interpretation of this clause are subject to the relevant legal provisions.
14. Force majeure
Neither party is in breach if prevented from performing by circumstances beyond its control that could not be foreseen or avoided. The affected party informs the other at once, and the affected obligations are suspended while the circumstances last.
15. Material breach and remedy
- If either party materially breaches its contractual obligations, the affected party sends written notice describing the breach and the action needed to remedy it.
- The party in breach has ten working days from receiving the notice to remedy it, unless the nature of the breach calls for a different period agreed by both parties, or the situation requires urgent action to protect data, rights or legitimate interests.
- If the breach is not remedied within that period, the affected party may end the contract by written notice, keeping the rights and remedies the contract and the applicable laws allow.
- This clause does not prevent urgent action or ending the contract without a remedy period where the law permits it and the nature or seriousness of the breach justifies it.
- The Bureau may decline to write or publish anything that breaks the law or public decency or misleads the reader, and this is not a breach.
16. Governing law and disputes
- The contract and these terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Both parties will try to settle any dispute arising from or connected with the contract amicably through their authorized representatives, within thirty days of written notice of the dispute, unless they agree in writing to extend that period.
- If amicable settlement fails, the dispute is referred to the court with subject-matter and territorial jurisdiction under the laws in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, subject to any mandatory rules of jurisdiction.
- The Arabic text prevails over any translation.
17. Changes and contact
- We publish any change here with its edition date. We email you 30 days before any material change that affects an active subscription takes effect.
