Executive presence on LinkedIn
The organization announces.
The leader explains.
We write and produce newsletters, carousels, posts and video in your leaders’ names, in their voice, not ours, on a steady monthly rhythm. Nothing is published without your approval.

Today we launched a programme to train 300 engineers in renewable energy, in partnership with three national universities. The programme runs for 18 months and includes field training on our projects.
The news: what happened. Necessary, but it doesn’t answer “why”.
A colleague asked me: why 300 engineers, and not 3,000?
In technical sectors, the challenge goes beyond qualifying talent. It extends to the sector’s capacity to absorb that talent, develop its expertise, and offer career paths that let it stay and progress.
We encourage training more engineers, and we need to. But complex projects also need expertise that builds up through practice, and engineers who move from carrying out tasks to managing projects and leading teams.
That is why our programme runs for 18 months and combines qualification with field training. And we want to see the impact of this investment in five years:
How many engineers stayed in the sector? How many took on leadership roles? What expertise is now available locally because of this programme?
These are the results we will come back to measure, and we will be accountable for the answers.
Building talent is not complete when a new cohort graduates. Its real impact shows when today’s graduates can lead projects, pass on their expertise and prepare the next generation.
This is one of the ways we contribute to Saudi Vision 2030: helping build a sector with the talent and expertise it needs to grow and endure.
The explanation: why it happened. This is where trust is built.

What we write and produce
Four formats, one voice.
The executive newsletter
The leader’s view, backed by experience, for a reader who chose to subscribe. One central idea, evidence, and something the reader can use.
The carousel
One idea revealed slide by slide, for a reader who swipes. Fewer words, longer impact.
The post
A fact, a decision, a lesson and a question, in a few lines read to the end. A steady presence that doesn’t depend on mood.
Video
Video production of every kind, from idea and script to picture. The leader speaks in their own voice, literally this time.
